In over 20 malls from Philadelphia to New York City our GM/Owner has painted hundreds of stores for the nations's largest
provider of retail maintenance service. In late 2008 we have painted 10 MetroPCS stores from Philadelphia to Langhorne.

Resume/History
With over 20 years as painting superintendant for one of the area's finest construction management firms, our owner
and GM has personally painted hundreds of residences, commercial buildings and retail establishments, having painted
in every major mall from Philadelphia to New York City, as far south as The Pentagon Mall near Washington, DC; as far
north as Framingham, Mass. He has personally worked on nearly two dozen new homes built from parging/coating
the foundation to final trim painting. Managing up to 8 man crews, he has overseen a full scale maintenance
painting division since its inception. His other interests include music (he is co-founder of an acclaimed classic rock
band and has studied clasiscal piano and organ for 12 years), model rocketry, Scouting and fishing. John lives
in Philadelphia with his wife, son, 2 cats and a dog.

Over 1500 lin/ft of red oak stained & polyurethaned at NJ's largest payroll corporation. In the Fall of
2008 we have also coated 3 full wood decks.
